The
best way to describe Homes-n-Houses is with the rather grandiose description that goes:
"A Mutual club for all Property
related matters". All our visitors can therefore be described as Members (of this club).
We are independently owned and do not represent any large vested
interests.
We
are fundamentally a service For Owners By Owners
The element of mutuality implied by this description is very important. Whilst we are not in the business of usurping those who make a living within the property market,
we
are here to help our members save some of the considerable expenses involved in
the purchase and maintenance of their homes.
Ergo, the site will be essentially built by its users....yes that means you! Naturally with a newly launched site there are many parts which are not yet developed
and may even appear a little shoddy (heaven forbid!). We will also be developing a comprehensive reference section and a feature driven magazine section.
Our
key area, however is the user submitted listings pages. We will of
course add services as the demand grows, but as a kick off the key areas
we are pitching are:
